Our Team
Kristin Jackson, MD FACOG
Dr. Kristin M. Jackson, MD, FACOG, NCMP, is a board-certified female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgeon, a NAMS-certified menopause specialist, and the founder of Foundations at Maitland, her medical wellness practice. With over 23 years of experience, Dr. Jackson is passionate about helping her patients age amazingly by optimizing health, confidence, and longevity while preventing chronic disease.
Dr. Jackson provides state-of-the-art treatments for hormone optimization, medically supervised weight loss, body sculpting, facial rejuvenation, and skin restoration. Her expertise extends to intimate wellness, including incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, and sexual health concerns. With advanced training in minimally invasive and robotic-assisted surgical approaches, she offers a comprehensive and personalized approach to care.
Dr. Jackson earned her medical degree from Hahnemann University in Philadelphia before completing her OB-GYN residency at Abington Memorial Hospital, where she developed a passion for mentoring. Since relocating to Florida in 2003, she has remained dedicated to medical education, serving as Clerkship Director for Florida State University College of Medicine’s Orlando campus since 2004.
Beyond the clinic, Dr. Jackson is the host of Ageless and Outrageous, a podcast where she dives into all things anti-aging, hormone health, and longevity, featuring expert interviews and science-backed insights. Through her clinical practice and podcast, she is committed to empowering men and women to take control of their health, look and feel their best, and embrace aging with confidence.
Devin Sholty PA-C
Devin Sholty is a board certified and licensed Physician Associate (PA) who completed her masters in PA studies at the Florida State University College of Medicine Physician Associate Program in Tallahassee, FL. Prior to becoming a PA, Devin graduated with honors from the University of South Alabama in Mobile, AL and received her bachelor’s degree in biology with a concentration in molecular microbiology. Throughout her undergraduate and graduate studies, Devin dedicated much of her time to academic research. She has contributed to publications for her research in immunology, molecular microbiology, and clinical dermatology. Additionally, Devin studied Spanish literature at La Universidad de Castilla la-Mancha in Cuenca, Spain. She is fluent in Spanish and has served as a medical translator in numerous clinical settings. Furthermore, Devin volunteered much of her time as a medical aid in OB/GYN in Honduras and Mobile, AL.
Devin has spent the past year practicing family medicine and looks forward to shifting her focus to her primary passion for women’s health. The Women in Medicine organization named her among the ‘Most Influential Women in Medicine’ in 2022. Devin’s clinical goal is to improve quality of life of each patient through comprehensive and collaborative care with the patient’s individual needs at the center of each decision. While continuing to provide excellent patient care, Devin plans to sharpen her knowledge and skills within urogynecology with a particular interest in urinary incontinence and sexual health.
Outside of medicine, Devin enjoys skiing, hiking, reading, and spending time with family and friends. However, most of all, she enjoys spending time with her rescue dog, Roscoe. Devin is excited to be a part of the team at Advanced Urogynecology and Foundations at Maitland. She looks forward to meeting and working closely with each of you!
April Henderson, APRN
April Henderson is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. April graduated with honors from Advent Health University in Orlando, Florida in 2022, obtaining her Master of Science in Nursing. Prior to this, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and was inducted in International Nursing
Honor’s Society. April has acquired five years of experience in the acute and outpatient settings as a registered nurse where she focused her patient care on adults with complex cardiopulmonary conditions.

April has always aspired to work in women’s health and aesthetic medicine with the goal of optimizing patient health and vitality. Spending the past year and half practicing as a Family Nurse Practitioner in Primary Care for Adults and Geriatrics, she intends on bringing this experience with her while transitioning her focus on women’s health and wellness. Adding to her diverse skill set, April has also spent 10 years as a licensed cosmetologist and is looking forward to combining both passions in helping people feel beautiful both inside and out. Outside of work you can find April spending time outdoors with her son and husband enjoying the Florida sun. April is ecstatic to be joining the team at Advanced Urogynecology and Foundations at Maitland and is dedicated to making a positive impact on her patient’s health!
